Executive Director
Seth Boyd
A Vermont native, Seth Boyd joined COSMC as Executive Director in June of 2011. Seth has worked closely with the clinic since 2003, when he joined the management team at Stratton Resort as Risk Manager. Seth received his degree in Emergency Medical Services Management from New Hampshire Technical Institute and is a former paramedic. Prior to working at Stratton, Seth was Vice President of Operations for Mountain Sports Medicine, Inc., in West Dover, Vermont, and has managed urgent care clinics at resort areas in Vermont, New Hampshire, and California. Seth lives in Whitingham, Vermont, with his wife Kerri, and their children Skyler and Sadie.

Megan Eichhorn
Megan is orginially from Delmar, NY and moved permenately to VT. in 1991. Megan earned her RN from the Vermont Technical College School of Nursing and her BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing as well as a BA in Business Administration from Southern Vermont College. Megan began working at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, in Bennington, in 2002. She is presently a float nurse to the different medical floors throughout the hospital and helps teach new graduates. Megan, who has been with the Carlos Otis Clinic since 2002, lives in Bondville with her husband, Mark, and their children, Matthew and Bridgette.

Valerie Acquaviva
Valerie earned her Associate's degree in nursing from Southern Vermont College in 2007 and completed her Bachelor's degree from University of Massachusetts Boston in 2016. Valerie's nursing career started at Hackensack University Medical Center in NJ on the acute geriatric unit. She worked at Cape Cod Hospital for 8 years gaining med/surg and oncology experience. She currently works as an endoscopy nurse at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Valerie moved back to VT with her husband in 2017 and enjoys taking care of patients at the Carlos Otis Clinic. While not working, Valerie loves hiking and snowboarding in the Green Mountains.

Alex Chaffin
Alexandra is a Vermont native and loves everything this state has to offer! She obtained her Associates in Nursing from Vermont Technical College and is currently enrolled in the BSN program at Castleton University. Alexandra has been working as an RN at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center since 2010 with the last 5 years spent in the ER, and has been on staff at the Otis Clinic since 2014. In her free time, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her three dogs, running, kayaking, and exploring everything life has to offer.

Amanda Crossman
Amanda graduated from Champlain College with her Associates in Radiology in 2010. Amanda moved to Arizona where she worked as an x-ray tech for 2 years before moving back to her home state of Vermont., and then she went back to school and earned her Associates degree in nursing, from Vermont Technical College in 2016. Amanda is currently working full timeas a RN at SVMC and works per diem as an x-ray tech at Rutland Regional Medical Center. Amanda has been with the clinic since 2017 working as both an RN and RT.

Chris was born and raised in San Diego and moved to Vermont in 2007. Chris graduated from Vermont Technical College with his nursing degree in 2012. Chris has worked at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center in the Emergency Room since 2007. I enjoy hiking, running, cycling, snowboarding and anything outdoors with my 3 kids.

Gretchen Johnson
Gretchen earned her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Indiana State University in 2002, and her Bachelors of Nursing from Southern Vermont College in 2013. Gretchen has been a nurse in the Intensive Care unit at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center for the last 10 years and at the Carlos Otis Clinic for the last 4 years. Gretchen lives in Bennington with her two daughters Brynn and Emma.

Inge Luce
Inge was born in Missouri and moved to Vermont in 1978. She has a BA from UVM in Anthropology with a minor in psychology (1994), a certificate in Paramedicine from the Advanced Life Support Institute in Conway, NH (2000) and her critical Care Paramedic Certificate (2001). She began her nursing career in 2007 with her LPN from VT Tech, she obtained her RN from VT Tech in 2008, her BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2011, and is currently pursuing her MSN/Ed from the University of Phoenix. Inge works full time teaching nursing at VT Tech, and part time at SVMC Emergency Department, Manchester Rescue as a Paramedic and for the State of Vermont as an Assistant Medical Examiner. She lives in Arlington, VT with her husband, Mark and their 3 boys.

Genevieve Pollio
Genevieve is orginially from Westhampton Beach, NY, but has now relocated to Winhall, VT. In 2007, Genevieve earned a BA in Behavorial Science Social work from Concordia College in NY and then in 2008 went on to get her Master's of Public Health from St. George's University in Grenada, West Indies. Upon returning stateside, she was working as an HIV Educator/Group faciliator and completing her Practicum at the Health Department, when she began to realize her calling for nursing. Genevieve earned both her ADN and BSN through Farmindale State College in NY. Her nursing experience includes both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as working with American Red Cross Diseaster Health Services. Genevieve has an affinity for travel and adventure, so she became a travel nurse in 2016 and has been on assignments spliting her time between the East and West coasts. When she is not working she can be found snowboarding, doing yoga, hiking or traveling.

Laurie Pudvar
A native Vermonter, I live in Southern Vermont with my two children. I obtained my associates degree from Southern Vermont College in 2003, and BSN at SNHU in 2017. I have worked in the emergency room at SVMC for the past 12 years with multiple other experiences including pediatrics, home health and primary care. I have worked in the Stratton Urgent care Clinic since 2012. When not at work, I enjoy hiking, running, snowboarding and being outdoors.

Jennifer Wiemers
Jen received her Bachelors in Health Science and Health Promotion from Keene State College in 2014 and then in 2016, Jen received her accelerated BSN from Quinnipiac University in Hamden , CT. Jen began her career at Leigh Valley Health Network in the ER, and from there she moved back to New England to join us at the Otis Clinic. Jen also works per Diem at Grace Cottage Hospital in Townsend, VT. When not at work, Jen enjoys skiing, biking and hiking.

Connor Albowicz
I was born and raised in VT. I graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in 2017 with a degree in Radioloic sciences. Recently I have been working in the orthopedic setting down in Albany at Capital Region Orthopedics(known mostly by the Bone and Joint Center). When not working, I enjoy snowmobiles, snowboarding and riding motorcycles with all of my friends.

Julie Walsh
Julie Walsh received her radiology degree from Gateway Community College in CT and BS from University of Connecticut in Human Development. Most recently, Julie received her M.Ed in Adult education from Park University. Julie currently teaches radiology courses at Southern Vermont College and is the programs clinical coordinator. Julie lives in East Dorest with her family and enjoys hiking, reading and yoga.
