Dr. Dough Smith is an Emergency Physician practicing full time at Danbury Hospital, a trauma center in the Western Connecticut Health Network. He compelted his medical and residency training in Philadelphia before returning to his hometown hospital. Dr. Smith has an interest in pre-hospital medicine and in Wildreness Medicine, and is a lifelong skier. He lives with his wife and his two young children in Newtown, Connecticut.
