Dr. Janel Kittredge is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine physician practicing full time at the Southern Vermont Medical Center’s Emergency department in Bennington, Vermont.  She received her medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania, and residency training in Emergency Medicine at St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, OH. Dr. Kittredge has extensive training in prehospital care, including wilderness medicine and emergency medical services, and has served as a Life Flight physician for aeromedical services in Toledo, OH. Dr. Kittredge is married to Dr. Thomas Sterling, also a physician at SVMC and COSMC, together they have two beautiful young daughters and live in Dorset, Vermont.
